Where do we ship to?

We deliver to every state in Malaysia, Singapore, and other Asia Region.

How much is the cost for delivery?

Delivery charges are free for Malaysia Region but different depending on the region and weight of the items. 

How long will the delivery take?

Deliveries to Peninsular Malaysia usually would take 1-3 working days, and East Malaysia usually would take 3-5 working days. Meanwhile Brunei, Indonesia and Singapore would take up until 5 working days.

If the item is from Japan, it will takes time 1-2 weeks. Can be refer at each product description.

How can I track my orders / check the delivery status?

After your payment is completed, We will give you the tracking number for your item(s) via email. You can check the status of your delivery on the courier’s webpage.

When will my orders be processed?

Only order that are paid before 12PM (Monday-Friday) will be processed and delivered on the same day. Order that are paid after the said time will be processed and delivered on the next working day.

No delivery will be done on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and public holiday(s).

During MCO period, deliveries will take on every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only.

I am having problem completing my orders on the website.

I want to cancel my paid orders.

We regret to inform you that order that have been paid for cannot be cancelled.

I still have not received my orders and cannot track the tracking number.

There are some defects on my items that I bought.

In Apak Kids Japan Online Shop, we have a strict quality control (QC) process before we deliver our products to our customers.

We apologies for any defective products you have received. It could be returned to us, and the delivery charges are on us, or money back guaranteed. Can I return or exchange the items that I bought during sale / at promotional price?

We regret to inform you that product that are bought with promotional prices cannot be returned or exchanged at all.
